She has one of the most high profile Instagram accounts, boasting a jaw-dropping 102 million followers. And on Tuesday Kim Kardashian treated her fans to a throwback snap which garnered well over a million likes, uploading a memory from her teenage years.


But followers soon observed that the pretty reality queen, 36, looked remarkably unchanged in the profile picture which saw her chow down on an ice cream.

Dressed in a casual white t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, the brunette cut an unusually casual appearance, wearing her hair tied up in a hair clip.

Biting into an ice cream cone, Kim captioned the snap: 'When is National Ice Cream Day? (This pic was taken by Shelli Azoff when I was 15. First trip to Europe on tour with the Eagles) Allison & I made a journal of this trip.'
